陈锦全，特聘教授，美国阿拉巴马大学金融学博士，特许金融分析师（Chartered Financial Analyst, CFA）；现任上海商学院商务经济学院学科带头人，International Review of Economics & Finance 和Finance Research Letters副主编，曾获得美国国务院富布赖特学者奖。长期从事首次公开募股(IPO)、分析师行为、金融教育、绿色金融、内部控制等方面的研究。在Management Science、Accounting, Organizations, and Society、 Contemporary Accounting Research、 European Accounting Review 、Journal of International Business Studies、 Financial Management、Journal of Accounting and Public Policy、Journal of Banking and Finance、Journal of Business Ethics、Journal of Corporate Finance、 Journal of Financial Markets等学术期刊发表论文300余篇。邮箱是：26210006@sbs.edu.cn
